Ashley Consulting Ltd grew out of the desire to deliver organisation development management consultancy in a way which truly impacted our clients' performance. We are passionate about the work we do and the way we do it, this is reflected in our long-standing client relationships and the results we deliver.

I am the founding director of Ashley Consulting Ltd. and have worked in management consultancy for over 20 years having started out at Aon consulting in the late 1990s. I set up Ashley Consulting in 2006 with the vision of delivering high quality OD (organisational development) interventions across the Public, Private and Charity sector. I have worked with a wide variety of organisations including Ford Motor company, British Heart Foundation, BAA, Amnesty International, Ealing Council, Tower Hamlet Homes and Lewisham Homes to name a few.

I work closely with CEOs and their leadership teams in delivering solutions to enhance organisational performance. This wide ranging set of activities varies from acting as a critical friend to delivering organisation-wide cultural transformation programmes.

At Ashley Consulting we only use experienced trusted associates to work with us on our larger interventions. We don't employ consultants but prefer to draw upon our expert associates when required.
